Hi, I’m Gabrielle Brown, host of The Happily Living Podcast and founder of The Happily Living. I’m a nature-loving hippie, passionate about creating mindful, sustainable routines that nurture every part of our lives.
Life isn’t about perfection or restriction—it’s about making choices that bring balance. Whether it’s what we bring into our homes, the food we eat, or the products we use, small changes can make a big impact. My journey was never about restricting myself or giving up the things I love. I’ve always embraced being different, finding ways to make intentional choices that leave me feeling aligned and at peace.
We all experience life’s ups and downs, but I’m here to show you how you can live fully—skip bagging the leaves this year, enjoy the ice cream, go on that trip—while still feeling confident in these choices because they support your well-being.
What began as a single podcast episode has blossomed into an impactful movement. The Happily Living Crew is more than just a community—it’s a global network united by a shared commitment to intentional living. Together, we’re making small yet meaningful changes that contribute to a larger shift toward sustainability, well-being, and connection.

Too often, we’re taught that “healthy” means bland, restrictive, or out of reach. But true health isn’t about cutting out the things we love—it’s about reconnecting with our bodies, roots, and joy. Since starting this journey, I’ve happily indulged in pizza, ice cream, and mac and cheese—foods often labeled “unhealthy”—because health is about the choices and ingredients, not deprivation.
